Talekt has antimicrobial, anti-allergic, wound-healing, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, hepatoprotective and immunostimulatory actions, which synergistically complement the renormalization of disturbed physiological metabolic processes. Talekt's antimicrobial activities combat the dermal infections due to gram +ve and gram -ve strains. Its anti-allergic property helps to control pruritus associated with dermal infections, whereas its hepatic stimulant property helps in improvement of liver functions and removal of toxic metabolic products, providing additional therapeutic effect.
